2021 Jeep Cherokee Power & Handling
The first place that we’re starting with the Jeep Cherokee is discussing what you can get in terms of power. We’re pleased to let you know that there are three unique engines in this powertrain lineup! All of them get a nine-speed automatic transmission and either FWD or AWD. The base engine is a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder, which offers 171 pound-feet of torque and 180 horsepower. The second option is a 3.2-liter V6, which offers 239 pound-feet of torque and 271 horsepower. The last engine that you can choose from is a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder, which gets you 295 pound-feet of torque and 270 horsepower. As you can tell, this Jeep really can handle anything that you throw at it. Nothing’s a problem for the 2021 Cherokee.
2021 Nissan Rogue Power & Handling
Unlike the Cherokee, which offers you three engines, only one engine comes with the 2021 Rogue. This lonely engine is a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder, which can get around 181 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard, although you can get all-wheel drive if that better suits your needs. You’ll also be getting a continuously variable transmission, which we aren’t really crazy about.
2021 Jeep Cherokee Features & Design
Beyond power, the Cherokee also comes in with some of the best standard and available features in the entire segment. Some of the standard features include Apple CarPlay, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, Android Auto, cruise control, 17-inch alloy wheels, and heated side mirrors. A few of the available features include remote start, keyless entry and ignition, a powered tailgate, leather upholstery, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, an 8.4-inch infotainment screen, a self-dimming rearview mirror, adaptive cruise control, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
2021 Nissan Rogue Features & Design
